MIAMI BEACH - Sunny Isles Beach Apartment

This apartment is located in Jade Ocean, a luxurious beach-front condominium in Sunny Isles, North Miami Beach. The client wanted nothing short of an upscale interior to match the posh atmosphere of the building, and so we delivered. A custom lighting design plan including soffit ceiling coves and recessed high hatch lights sets the mood and brings the cream ivory marble floors to life. A glass pendant light floats over the dining room, and designer Italian furniture was carefully curated to create a heaven of contemporary luxury.

 

To give the client the home they always dreamt of, walls were moved, doors were replaced, and custom closets were installed in dark wood, metal, and glass finishes. The latest technology in smart home systems was installed to provide remote sound, light, and video control throughout the apartment. The jaw-dropping floor-to-ceiling ocean views brings it all together, while automatic silhouette shades provide the privacy and soft lighting that makes this modern beach apartment a pleasant home.
